What is the CQC?

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) checks health and care services in England. Clinics that prescribe medical cannabis in England must register with it. After an inspection, the CQC gives the clinic an overall rating. It also rates five areas: safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
