Information
You are allowed to bring the amount of personal medical preparations containing narcotic drugs and/ or psychotropic substances to cover the need for max. 30 days treatment into Switzerland.
A medical certificate to be filled out and signed by the prescribing physician is recommended to be taken with you.
A template for such a medical certificate is available on our website via: Other countries (swissmedic.ch)
Carry the documents and the preparation in its original container in your hand luggage (although check your airline’s regulations before travelling).
Necessary Details
Bring only a max of 30 days worth of treatment
Complete a medical certificate (a template is provided)
Carry documents and medicine in original packaging
